Simonandschuster Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Simon & Schuster (), a subsidiary of ViacomCBS, is an American publishing company founded in New York City in 1924 by Richard L. Simon and M. Lincoln Schuster. As of 2016, Simon & Schuster was publishing 2,000 titles annually under 35 different imprints.

A former employee reviews the work atmosphere on indeed.com, "I have my own opinions about Simon and Schuster but all I will say is I in my nearly 2-year stretch working there encountered a single employee that would say they were happy there, and I heard endless complaints from these employees on a daily basis. When a place can just hire in a temp whenever they need and have their staff replaced overnight, a current employee becomes not so valuable."

Peter says

"I recently ordered a ebook from this site. I could see on my account that they have withdrawn the money from me. But the order isn't on the site or anywhere to find. I tried to contact them by email, and they didn't respond. I tried to phone their UK department, but they couldn't do anything, because its 2 different companies. I do NOT recommend buying from this site, soo low support and fraud."
